How inholborn came to be

In 2004-2005, the existing Holborn Business Partnership undertook a successful campaign to implement a Business Improvement District or BID, in order to provide a sustainable future for its services. In February 2005, Camden Council’s Chief Executive announced the results of the ballot and, on April 1st of that year, Holborn Business Partnership became one of the UK’s first fully-fledged Business Improvement Districts. inholborn now represents over 480 businesses and occupiers in the Holborn commercial district.
