It wouldn’t be a Great British Summer without sipping an ice cold drink, passing round the strawberries and umming and arring over which players looks best in their tennis whites.

But if you’re feeling the pinch this year – or simply can’t face the queues - why not soak up the sun at free outdoor screenings of the world’s favourite tennis tournament? Screenings of Wimbledon will be taking place every day over the fortnight at three central London locations: Cardinal Place, Bankside Mix and New Street Square.

You can enjoy all the benefits of Centre Court – the atmosphere, the sunshine and the strawberries - without any of the downsides. No queues, no Cliff songs… and because it’s completely free you’ll have a far fatter wallet at the end of play. If rain stops play, there’s a selection of shops and restaurants at every screening location - so there’s no need to sit around under your brolley.

Plus, for one day only, on Thursday 25th June Land Securities is giving away 2 free Centre Court tickets. All you have to do is come down to any of the three locations dressed in your finest tennis whites (your old school gym kit and Reebok Classics will do!) to enter a prize draw. You could find yourself scoffing strawberries with a crowd of Bjorn Bjorgs and John McEnroes in no time. Love all round!
