"There's no doubt that since its creation 'Inholborn' has started to deliver real changes to this historic part of our city, giving it an identity and soul of its own. This proposed extension of the Business Improvement District provides the crucial links that will connect the City with the centre and West End, establishing a new recognisable destination in the capital. I urge businesses to come together and use their collective skills to turn this vision into a reality and secure a vibrant, prosperous future for 'midtown' London." Mayor of London, Boris Johnson
