Altogether better buying

inholborn is the first Business Improvement District to bring together the purchasing power of its members in a district-wide Buying & Benchmarking Club, a free joint procurement service run in conjunction with procurement specialists, Meercat Associates.

Pooling buying resources across the entire business district adds up to real negotiating power. The initial scheme covers gas, electricity and water suppliers and businesses in Holborn who have signed up to the club are already reporting savings of up to 25%.

After the encouraging success, the scheme is now being rolled out to include lighting, couriers, taxis, office stationery, printers and photocopiers and more. And, of course, the more businesses that sign up, the bigger the potential savings.

One of the services that will currently save you money as a BID member, of course, is our free recycling service.

inholborn's Recycling and Procurement are partly funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
 

The simple way to save time and money

An initial, no-obligation audit takes no more than an hour or two. Your assigned project manager will assess what you are currently paying, relate it to relevant benchmarks and establish your potential savings. It’s then entirely up to you whether you decide to go ahead with changing suppliers.
